I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years In Chicago. In January of 2015 my husband decided he did not want to spend winters in cold Chicago and wanted to go to Arizona, which is where he does have plenty of cousins who reside there. After 5 years of not working my real estate as much in the winter months, I decided it was time to get my license in Arizona. Four years later, here I am working as a Real Estate Agent in the Northwest Valley for 4 years now.
I love working with clients either selling their home or purchasing a new home, always remembering that this is a big step and deserves time and commitment towards achieving my their goals.
There are so many things that could go sideways during a real estate transaction. I love helping my clients avoid them and guide them to a smooth, successful close. I love calling clients to tell them "You got the house" or "We have an offer". I love saving them money in negotiations. I love handing them the keys after escrow closes. I love my job.
