Joann was wonderful in helping us purchase our first house. She had many ideas of where we would like to live, showed us multiple houses, and helped us stay within our price range. After seeing about 10 houses, we decided we wanted to live in a totaly different area about 30 min away, and Joann was happy to continue showing us houses in the new area. She was always patient, obviously had many years of experience, and made the whole experience as painfree as possible.
